Access Panels missing plastic lock hole caps are a thing of the past thanks to Cap-less™ – a revolutionary new innovation from Ceildoor Products, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of Access Panels. Cap-less™ will change the way you look at Access Panel lock hole covers and will be fitted as standard on all our metal faced range – at no extra cost to customers!

Cap-less™ is a metal lock hole cover designed to simply slide back to expose the lock and automatically closes on release to re-cover the hole. Our unique Cap-less™ solution solves the problem of lost plastic caps which result in visually exposed lock holes that ruin the overall aesthetics of a room. Our new lock hole cover is truly ‘Cap-less for Life™’.

Our Cap-less™  cover is made from the same zinc plated mild steel metal as our Access Panels which makes it a more sturdy option than plastic. Built as part of the Access Panel, the square design of the lock hole cover matches the hatch shape and completely covers the lock hole. Cap-less™ is powder coated to RAL 9010 Matt polyester paint as standard and, unlike plastic caps, is available in a full range of RAL colours to blend in perfectly with the required access panel paint finish.
